Interim Payroll Manager – Charity
City of London
Part Time (21 hours per week) 9-month contract (Hybrid)
£40,000 - £45,000 (pro rata)
Tide Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a London-based, complex-matrix charity in their search for a new Payroll Manager. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager who is looking for their next opportunity and join a people-centric organisation.
As the Payroll Manager, your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately processing staff on a monthly basis
- Liaise with outsourced payroll provider
- Solely responsible for the management of payroll and data
- Ensuring compliance with UK legislation and reporting deadlines
- Ensuring payroll is submitted in a timely manner
- Providing excellent service and acting as the first point of contact to any payroll queries
- Liaising with external stakeholder regarding payroll related issues.
- Staying alert to any changes in financial regulations and legalisations
Payroll Manager Job Criteria
- Previous experience in using Select HR is highly advantageous
- Strong written and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- A well driven personality with a positive approach
- Ability to have effective communication with external and internal candidate
