We are now recruiting for Process Operators to join our team in Thrapston on a permanent basis to learn and understand key main points of the Corrugator both wet and dry end. To understand papers, starch, direction, process, safety procedures, operation of machine components, control of paper and heat, warp and basic operation skills.
Key Objectives:
- Achieve target Lineal meters, waste and downtime for shift
- To learn all basic operating procedures and quality procedures.
- To achieve a reduction in Corrugator waste set by yearly budget figures.
- Work with team and department to achieve safe working environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the area by adopting the clean as you go policy
