The Ashton Care Home is looking to appoint a Care Assistant, who will work alongside our empathetic and trustworthy care specialists, Nights.

As Care Assistant your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident.
You will also be closely involved in the general activities of the home, and responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are looking after.
Care Assistant Contract
Ideally, we are looking for our Care Assistants to have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
Understandably, you may not have the required experience / qualifications, so we do expect you to have transferable skills and a genuine interest working with the elderly.
