An exciting opportunity for a Full time and Part time Chef has arisen and we are looking for dedicated & creative Chefs, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Caribbean cuisine, who would like to be part of an upcoming new project.
Candidates for this role should be experienced in all areas of the kitchen, from; stock taking, stock rotation, minimising food waste and ordering of stock, to ensuring the food and hygiene requirements are met across each shift. The applicants for this role should also have: a vision for growth, be open to changes, enjoy developing menus, great communications skills, ability to train/guide staff where necessary, great time management in and out of the kitchen, someone who can be flexible where required, with the ability to plate and present beautiful dishes. MUST hold a Level 1 Basic Food & Hygiene qualification.
The successful applicant should be a team player with the ability to lead the kitchen staff to ensure that a continuous flow of great food is being served.
