Allertons are about to celebrate our 9th Anniversary, and due to continued expansion we're recruiting for a member to join our 'Client Concierge' Salon Reception team. Please read this Job Description carefully before applying.

MAIN DUTIES
We refer to our Reception Team as 'Client Concierge'. As the first and last impression of Allertons, it's the role of this team to ensure each and every Allertons Client feels welcomed, feels wanted, and feels looked after. This is a very busy and demanding role, as you will be dealing with Clients from every Allertons Salon in-person and remotely. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Taking and Managing Appointments
- Keeping in touch with clients
- Recommending products and services
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Checking out clients
- Providing assistance to other Staff
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
To be suitable for this role, you must:
- Have previous successful experience in a busy Salon or Spa
- Have experience using computerised salon booking software (ideally Phorest)
- Have excellent reception and administrative skills
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Be able to multi-task
- Be flexible with working days and hours
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
