Trainee Barista / Server
Castleton Coffee Co. is a new coffee brand and micro shop & kitchen providing barista coffee, locally roasted coffee beans and freshly prepared food. We offer a friendly social customer experience which is inspired by the Peak District. This is a great opportunity to work for a new venue located in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
As a Trainee Barista / Server you will be responsible for:
- Serving amazing barista coffee made from locally roasted coffee beans
- Preparing fresh food in accordance with our quality standards
- Maintaining consistency for all dishes
- Maintaining a clean and orderly service environment
- Adhere strictly to health & safety and food hygiene procedures
- Upholding and promoting our brand values
The ideal candidate will:
- Want to work in a coffee shop
- Be able to work to instructions and eager to learn
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Must consider transport in and out of Castleton
- No experience needed
