élan laser clinics is a new and growing chain of Aesthetic clinics internationally. We operate high quality laser, skin and body treatments using the very best technology and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join the team in our new clinic in London.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the National UK Manager you will play a key role in ensuring your clinic achieves financial performance by:
- Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team.
- Delivering industry leading customer service at all times.
- Being a true ambassador for our vision and values.
- Efficient and effective diary management ensuring we have the best availability for our clients, with the right people doing the right treatments at the right time.
- Ensuring the team of therapist are fully trained and their knowledge is kept up to date with ongoing training;
- Full P&L management using every opportunity to maximise revenue and minimize costs.
- Ensuring the clinics standards are maintained at all times, through ongoing inspection;
- Driving the clinic performance through motivating the team to achieve their individual KPI’s
Skills and experience required:
- Demonstrated experience as a successful team leader;
- Qualified Beauty Therapy NVQ 3, admirable, but not essential;
- Ideally you will be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 3 years management experience gained within either aesthetics, private health, beauty/Spa, hospitality or retail services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive a positive culture;
- Proven people management skills, capable of leading and building high performing teams.
- You should be willing to work a minimum of alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and 2-3 lates per week.
- Budgetary management to control costs and experience of P&L Accounts.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- A good understanding of statutory policies such as Health and Safety and HR.
