Westmorland Homecare are seeking kind-hearted, compassionate, and caring people to join the ever-growing team of Homecare Assistants.
Westmorland Homecare started its incredible journey in Kendal and covers the South Lakes area and has achieved 2 Outstanding Ratings from the CQC within the first 3 years. We are extremely proud to have expanded our service into the Lancaster and Morecambe area in 2020 and we are delighted to announce that we have been CQC rated OUTSTANDING in September 2022. Each Homecare Assistant will be assigned their own set of regular clients and will have the chance to make a difference to people’s lives within the community and make friendships that will last a lifetime.

Responsibilities
Your role will be varied from day to day from helping people get up, washed, and dressed in a morning to administering medication and assisting people to get settled at night time, ready for bed and monitoring throughout the night. We strive to help people live a fulfilled and enriched life through everything we do. Our values are something we are very proud of.
Experience Required
We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and want a job with a feel-good factor. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. You will enjoy doing something special every day and you will have a job you can be proud of doing. Being able to drive is essential. We do not offer Visa Sponsorship.
