Senior IT Technical & Operations Support Technician
•Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington (hybrid working available)
•36.25 hours per week
•Permanent
•£37,041 - £40,865 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package
Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time Senior IT Technical & Operations Support Technician (36.25 hours per week) based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington (hybrid working available) with a salary of £37,041 - £40,865 per annum.
Working within the IT Team and as part of the wider Business Improvement Team, you will ensure effective service delivery ensuring the security and availability of our business systems, network infrastructure and Office365/Azure platform. You will have experience of service desk management (Ideally aligned to ITIL best practice), supporting technical colleagues in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and ensuring service standards are maintained. You will encompass technical support, drive continuous service improvement and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and overall IT Strategy.
