Tapas3 is now recruiting for a place as leader of our kitchen. We are a small, intimate Spanish tapas restaurant serving twenty-seven covers up to forty for special events. It is essential to have some experience in cooking traditional Spanish tapas and to have a real passion for food.
As responsible Chef, you will be in charge of all aspects of kitchen management. You will be in charge of kitchen maintenance issues and ensuring kichen assistant is performing at a profitable level and that the kitchen is productive, cost effective and producing the highest quality of food.
Applicants must have a highly professional approach to their work, be enthusiastic and have the willingness to succeed and take the restaurant to the best of its capabilities. It is essential that they are willing to work closely alongside the proprietor to establish a successful business.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for presentation, excellent cooking skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
