Bramley is an established, all-natural, eco-conscious bath, body & home brand made locally in the South West and found in boutique hotels throughout the UK.
We are rapidly expanding our direct-to-consumer sales in the UK and have exciting times ahead this year with a complete brand refresh and the launch of our new skincare range, so we'll need you to produce and take charge of all visual content and storytelling across all our social channels and website, as well as overseeing our digital marketing strategy and implementing paid digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Content creation for a marketing and lifestyle brand (studio and lifestyle photography and videography)
- Managing and scheduling all social media channels, including TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Execution of the design, production and implementation of all digital marketing activations, including paid social ads and Google ads
- Identifying trends and optimising advertising spend
- Support database growth strategies through digital marketing including skills in SEO and PPC with digital know-how to implement these into campaigns
- Reporting and analysing data from ads and digital campaigns
- Assisting with website maintenance and progression
- Supporting the delivery of the overall marketing strategy
Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing role/ CRM role
- Excellent understanding and proficiency with all social media platforms
- Excellent content creation skills, including short and long-form video content
- Proven and effective digital marketing knowledge
- Expertise in social and Google ads, with a record of success
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with accountability and a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate success, also to be honest and able to learn from failure
- Passion for the sustainable skincare industry
