Production Admin Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Admin Assistant to join our market leading garment decoration print operations.
Established in 1985, TOT Shirts Limited has been at the forefront of providing garment decoration for leading music artists and live performance bands delivering some of the most iconic and striking images to the UK and international market.
Reporting to the Head of Production Admin, the position of Production Admin Assistant will be primarily involved in supporting existing customer engagement and processing of orders through production processes and final shipment to customers.
As a Production Admin Assistant in a production environment of a busy and fast paced operation and as part of a production team provided administrative support, a solution-based customer service approach for existing anew customers
You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to engage with customers via telephone, email and written correspondence.
You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple packages and client related systems.
Position/Role:
- Entering Customer orders onto bespoke system
- Customer service liaison handling queries, returns and sample clothing/printing
- Telephone and email – customer and supplier queries
- Stock ordering for customer needs and internal stock holding
- Liaising closely with all departments internally
- Any Ad hoc admin duties as requested
Person specific
- Customer service experience, engaging with customers.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, taking responsibility to provide client orientated solutions
- Self-sufficient, with an ability to interpret requests as part of a team and/or working in partnership with other departments.
- Problem solving approach to client requests and ensuring tight timeframes are achieved across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work closely with sales, art and despatch departments
- Attention to detail and ensuring all enquiries are followed through to resolution.
