The Position:
An amazing opportunity for an entry level candidate to join Arch's Operations team as a Junior Business Analyst, supporting Lean initiatives.
The role will be responsible for data gathering and analysis, supporting the facilitation of workshops and producing documentation, as well as supporting the wider team developing AMS skills, behaviours and tool kit across the business evolving a culture of continuous improvement.
The AMS(Lean) Analyst will be required to develop their AMS skills and will be supported in building their knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data gathering and analysis
- Calendar management and organisation
- Production of documentation (including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Maintain project plans
- Support facilitation of workshops
- Support facilitation of problem solving activities
- Build AMS/CI knowledge, taking a self driven attitude towards development
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Advocate for AMS, promote AMS team and benefits of delivery

Desired Skills/Experience:
- Academic qualifications; A Level preferred
- No prior BA or Lean experience necessary for this role
- Some prior office work experience preferred
