Role requirements

As a Community Support Worker you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll need:

  • At least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
  • A valid Moving and Handling certificate
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Applicants must have a valid driving licence to apply for this position

You could make a difference to an individual's life

As part of this role, you will be providing assistance to a non-verbal 28 year male with Spastica Quadriplegia, Encephalopathy and PEG.

Our service user has severe intellectual and physical disability and in unable to speak sentences so he communicates through vocalisations.

The shifts for this role are for 12 hour days from 8am to 8pm but this will vary.
