Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. Your unique contribution
You will have plenty of responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the VP Marketing & Strategy, Market Intelligence and Insights Director’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements;

Efficient preparation and co-ordination of travel and accommodation requirements and itineraries;

Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events at all levels including hospitality;

Responsible for completing expense reports for the VP & Director and inputting into local system;

Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
-
Interact with internal PR company contacts to facilitate meetings and guest visits;
-
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, notify the VP & Director of key issues requiring action and handling them when appropriate;

Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience

Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task

Salary up to £35,000 plus bonus
