As a Liz Earle Counter Manager, you will drive commercial performance through robust business planning, operational excellence, inspirational leadership and best in class service. You will champion and develop a high performing team, taking responsibility for performance and behaviors whilst engaging field support network as required. You’ll be proactive and activity driven - a true brand ambassador, always seeking opportunities to spread the Liz Earle magic!

During your 12 week on-counter onboarding you’ll be provided with the tools and knowledge in all things Liz Earle, enabling you to confidently deliver our Service Model, share your product knowledge and to ensure a truly engaging experience for each and every customer. In return we look for retail experts with a track record of commercial success (targets & KPIs) with proven leadership skills, ideally within beauty or other premium retail. You will be customer focused, analytical, nurturing and passionate always living up to our Precious Recipe
