Your role as Branch Manager
Your role will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your branch. You will need to be able to not just manage but motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet branch targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on branch sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to make sure that the branch is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to make sure it is a safe place to work.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a Builders Merchants as well as:
- previous experience of managing and developing people and be great at it
- experience of working in a targeted environment
- great planning and organisation skills
- a driving licence
