An opportunity has arisen to join the Nomix team, based at Andover. We are looking for a Production Operative to join us on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

• You will be self-motivated, ambitious, and tenacious, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiatives and make decisions
• Demonstrates strong written communication skills at all levels
• You will enjoy multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines, ensuring you deliver the essential events and activities for the business
• You will be able to prioritise your work effectively to ensure you always achieve deadlines
• We are a fast-moving business so our business priorities and customer needs can change rapidly so you will be able to adapt quickly and successfully as these needs change
• You will actively promote equality and diversity in all interactions through your positive attitude and behaviours
• Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be confident managing every interaction within the business and treat everybody as your customers

• Service and manufacture of new equipment in a production environment
• Basic soldering skills
• Ability to use hand/air tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible within the job role
