We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join Volvo Financial Services (VFS) Operations department, who will support you whilst you learn on the job and work towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Your Role….
As a member of the Operations Team in VFS, you will work with the relevant operations department to support with the administration of both financial and service contracts. This includes working together as a team, as well as using your own initiative, to deliver high levels of customer service by email, phone and face to face.
Main Responsibilites….-
Liaising with key stake holders and customers to build and maintain relationships.

Dealing with financial and service contracts ensuring that they are processed with accuracy and meet the service level agreement.

Contribute to the development of processes within the Operations Team, working with other team members and stakeholders.
Who Are You?....
You will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths and English (at Grade 4/C or above ) and have the below required skills

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Fast learner with ability to adapt to change

Able to work in fast-paced environment
