Reporting into a Cluster General Manager, this position carries the responsibility of creating a culture of customer service and fun associated with Elysian Residences world-class communities through the development and leadership of a team of professionals who make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
Overseeing the food & beverage operation, 24 hour concierge desk, maintenance, events and activities and providing high service standards that assures homeowners, guests, and family members’ satisfaction including private dining and special events. Meets all company policies and procedures. Maintains all department expenses with-in the budgeted guidelines based on census in accordance with all company standards and operating procedures. Promotes homeowner satisfaction through understanding their preferences. Trains and develops staff for growth and opportunity to meet the demand of qualified employees needed for continued company success. Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
