Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client’s site in Site Based
at Edinburgh Waverely Station, with duty travel required within the North region.
Reporting to the Duty Manager & Regional Operations Manager, this role will support the management of all aspects of the LNER fleet and station cleaning contract within your locations.
You are responsible for the performance of all operatives on the LNER contract, ensuring the team are completing their duties to the highest possible standards and meeting all contractual obligations.
The LNER Contract Management team works with the Managing Director, senior Atalian Servest management and wider stakeholders to develop and deliver the contract; set and implement policy and coordinate the activities of the regional team. They ensure appropriate governance, commercial and financial oversight and coordinate the central supporting functions.
You will offer support and guidance to Cleaning operatives within your location and be proactive with the continuous development of your team. Taking pride in your role, putting heart into service delivery and leading by example to maximise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Duty Managers, Regional Operations Manager and LNER, you will lead by example operationally for your Location in ensuring that your team are delivering the highest possible standards, in line with key stakeholders’ expectations. Being an ambassador for the LNER visions, values and behaviours, you will ensure that you put the heart into everyone’s journey.
