An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and motivated individual to join the admin/clerical team within the Medical Imaging Department, University Hospital Ayr.
You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive administrative and clerical support service at University Hospital Ayr within the Medical Imaging Department undertaking reception duties, control and maintenance of a patient appointment booking system and a wide range of general office duties. You may be required to work on other sites.
The Medical Imaging Service is ever changing and is provided 365 days per year, 24 hours per day therefore the suitable applicant will be require to be flexible in order to meet the constantly developing demands upon the service. Your hours will be worked over 7 days which will include evenings and weekend working.
You must have sound general office experience, be computer literate (ECDL required) and be educated to standard grade level or equivalent and should possess an SVQ Level II in Administration and Information Management and/or knowledge gained through experience. You should also possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Driving Licence/access to a car is required
