The Retail Support team are responsible for handling IT and customer service related queries for our 300+ retail sites. You will be dealing with cases escalated to you by our first line team. Full training will be provided so we are looking for applicants with a passion for customer service.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
You will help to problem solve incidents, provide prompt updates and speedy resolutions. Where required, you will manage incidents that have escalated internally and externally and liaise with all relevant parties. Other duties and responsibilities include
Use problem solving skills to attempt to resolve incidents where possible
Communicate with customers and internal teams using Email, Microsoft Teams, Telephone and Face to Face
Accurately record and manage incidents, including liaising with internal and 3rd party teams and providing prompt updates to users
Full training will be provided for this role so only basic IT skills are required. This is a customer support role so we are looking for someone with great communication skills and an ability to problem solve
