We are looking for a new team member to join the dynamic team in Glasgow Hospice as an Administration Assistant.
Title: Administration Assistant
Salary: - Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, BAND 2 £21,814 - £ 23,820 pro rata per annum depending on candidate experience.
Hours/Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Based: Glasgow Hospice

The candidate will provide a comprehensive and professional Secretarial and Administrative service to Hospice personnel, arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of the departments and produce attendance lists.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstration of excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Be able to take minutes during meetings
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office – word processing, spreadsheets, database ability to use Word and Excel
