This role offers a great opportunity for the right person to lead a new team providing support to customers and partners of Neighbourhood Services and overseeing operational arrangements to deliver effective services and compliance with relevant legislation.
The role includes oversight of customer facing services including parking, market, toilets, shopmobility, waste, parks and partnership working with the BID, events providers and other internal teams, and management of a small team of five officers.
The recent investment in technology within the Neighbourhood Services department has led to changes in customer relationship handling, and a new role has been created to support this shift and embedding the new technology and to oversee and ensure compliance with relevant policies relating to asset management and project delivery.
