At the core of our Portbury site are our Paramount team of Warehouse Operatives. We are looking for people who enjoy being a team player in an active role and a fast paced environment.
What’s the opportunity?
Pay Rates:
£11.24 per hour day shift
an additional £1 per hour social rate at night
£14.05 per hour overtime rate above 40 hours per week
Earning potential: up to £15.05 per hour
Shift Patterns Available:
4 on 2 off 6 weekly rotating shift pattern
08:00-16:30 or 14:00-22:30
About the role
you will play a key role working as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment (we'll provide appropriate uniform). The role will include handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles whilst adhering to our health & safety culture at site. Scanning and picking different products and moving stock around while working with our heavily invested modern electronic voice equipment.
About You
Whilst Warehouse experience (ideally in a chilled environment) is beneficial, we are also looking for passionate, adaptable and collaborative people. Full comprehensive training will be provided and in return for your achievements we also offer fantastic pathways and career progression opportunities, many of our current Team Leaders or Warehouse Managers have started their career as a Warehouse Operative. Our ideal warehouse operative will be able to follow instructions whilst working together as a team with pace and adaptability.
