Great Little Breaks is the leisure division of HotelshopUK. We provide unique and memorable experiences and are dedicated to delivering value through quality, price and service. We work with a variety of accommodation providers, attractions and partners, handpicking the best the UK has to offer and combining them together to create memorable short breaks for both our direct and retail customers.
About You
We are looking for a confident team player with a creative flair and an eye for detail, who has experience in managing and building email campaigns, creating and scheduling social media posts; from static imagery to reels and stories. You will be enthusiastic to learn, have a passion for customer engagement, always looking for new challenges and have a willingness to get stuck in and go the extra mile.
Skills & Qualifications - essential
- GCSE English & Maths
- Degree or marketing qualification equivalent
- A passion and knowledge of CRM and best practice
- Knowledge of marketing automation, personalisation, dynamic content, and triggered emails
- HTML knowledge, Photoshop & experience using a CRM platform/system
- Experience within a marketing role/team
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
- Possess excellent communicating skills and able to follow and adhere to company policy and practices
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Technically confident and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- A confident and articulate communicator
