About the Role:
We are looking to for a Personal Care Assistant to provide social support to a gentleman who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease with Lewy Body Dementia. Due to his diagnosis, he requires assistance with all activities of daily living. He remains at risk of falls, skin breakdown due to poor mobility, and requires assistance to mobilize. He can struggle with anxiety and requires prompting and encouragement to maintain independence. Carer to provide an alternative to day services.
Hourly Rate – As a self-employed carer, please provide rates with your application
Day & Times – 5 hours per week, days and times to be discussed.
