Your purpose:
Lead a POD accountable for delivering data products in a way that aligns to the goals of the Data Exec Forum and our data transformation strategy
Your role
- Champion agile working, delivering incremental value quickly and iterating based on user feedback.
- Build close relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Measure and report on product performance and adoption, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Be the voice of the customer; ensure that the user needs for our products are understood and met so that we are delivering clear value.
What you’ll bring
- Product Management/Owner experience, with proven ability of leading teams to deliver complex software in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to work in a decentralized environment running a cross functional delivery group with dependencies on multiple, diverse functions within the business eg. IT, marketing, finance, supply chain.
- Brilliant communicator, able to confidently engage and inspire stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment to goals and create engagement.
- Ability to distil complex ideas into concise written and verbal descriptions that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled at stakeholder management, with the ability to manage a wide range of global stakeholders with varying objectives. You must be able to find resolutions, build trust and ask appropriate/ challenging questions to get to the heart of the business requirements and drive tangible benefits.
