Person Specification
A track record of exceptional performance in premium high–volume operations.
A people person able to build the business, ensuring the smooth operational running
of the venue as well as the development and motivation of the team.
Creating an outstanding guest experience will be at the heart of what you do every
day. You will possess a drive for service excellence and will have a genuine passion
for food and beverage.
A leader who demonstrates strong motivation and works for an environment that
nurtures connection by creating trust and openness.
Able to empower employees through training and development
You work with inspiration encouraging employees to bring authenticity and to be
genuinely themselves
Skills and Experience
5+ years of restaurant/bar experience.
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits) with WSET
Level 2 and a Personal Licence.
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations required, COSHH qualification
is desireable but not essential.
Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to
create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximise profit.
Responsibilities
You will lead across guest standards and initiatives, product quality, beverage and labour
cost controls and overall profitability. The Head Office will support you to monitor and
develop performance and provide policy and procedures. Your responsibility will be to develop the management on site and ensure its departments and teams are primed and able to give knowledgeful and exceptional service to our standards and meeting
joint goals.
Competitive pay 45k-50k (depending on experience)-
