ONELead is an internal worldwide sales initiative which focuses on rewarding non-quota carrying HPE Pointnext employees for bringing new business to HPE. You will take on the role of the programme manager for HPE UKI, also working closely with your counterpart in the Middle East and South Africa.
What you'll do:

Represent the UKI as the principal contact for the ONELead programme

Responsible for ONELead training to sales, delivery and other business teams

Building incentive campaigns to drive ONELead revenue and margin growth

Ongoing reporting to UKI management team in terms of business performance

Look out for trends which pose potential issues for the programme

Suggest opportunities to improve the programme

Work closely with the wider ONELead programme team based remotely in Europe
The technology:

Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).

What you’ll need:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance or related field (including a placement year).

You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2023 for 13 months.

Ability to demonstrate some work experience or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities is beneficial
