Job Description
Reports to: Deputy Centre Manager
Objective: As part of the operations team ensure that customers book and have all the resources they need for an enjoyable visit
Key Tasks:
Bookings & Front Of House
- Handle telephone and email enquiries, translate low level enquiries into bookings.
- Ensure that all necessary customer paperwork is sent and received - such as group bookings forms, medical information etc.
- Follow up on bookings as necessary to ensure accurate delivery and assist in any help required by customers regarding their booking.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure up-to-date knowledge of all offers and promotions.
- Provide reception cover and meet and greet visitors.
- Check in with group leaders/parents to ensure everyone is having a great visit - assist as required.
Operations
- Assist with bed change overs if/when required. During peak months we can need to change a lot of sheets in a short amount of time, so the whole team is sometimes needed to help.
- Assist with the tuck shop and Horsebox café if/when required – all team members receive barista training so that we can help out and make sure teachers/parents are able to get a coffee whenever possible!
- Assist housekeeping team to ensure that we are keeping internal areas tidy and beds/rooms made ready for visitors – this includes helping with final checks and run throughs before showing guests to their spaces, making sure that everything is perfect before our guests enter.

Contract Information
This is a seasonal position commencing 1st April and ending 31st October. Work 40 hours per week, which will include bank holidays, weekends and evenings. Salary of c£22,000 depending on experience. Affordable accommodation may be possible on site if desired.
