Job Description
Customers enquire through Google, social media and other digital channels. Leads are also generated from an inhouse lead generation team. Leads generated are immediately sent into our CRM system and will be allocated to an advisor to call.
Lead generators will conduct an outbound sales campaign to potential clients who have come over via survey data. The lead generators role is to confirm the information we already hold on file and stimulate interest further so the lead is ready to be called by a financial advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Dialing out on qualified survey data
- Generating leads
- Good organisational skills with the ability to self manage, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g, CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent literacy and communication skills – phone and email
- Accurate data entry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and creating urgency where required

We operate on a non-advised basis with all major protection providers including Aegon, Aviva, Zurich, LV, Vitality, Royal London, Scottish Widows, HSBC and Legal & General plus more.
We are Directly Authorised by the FCA, and are looking to further expand our team of lead generators. We are a young, dynamic company and are looking for the right candidates to join us and help grow our protection sales teams.
Our aim is to provide private individuals and business' with professional insurance advice. To go the extra mile, analyse and understand our client's needs to provide the most suitable insurance. To be proactive with our clients. To build a reputation as professional, efficient and personable insurance consultants.
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 19:00. Friday 10:00 to 15:00. These hours are part-time, but a full time salary is paid plus weekly and monthly commission.
