About the role:
We have the opportunity for you to join something special. We are looking for an individual to join our team and become one of the faces of the Darlington Building Society in the area of Darlington.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be engaging in conversations to find out your customer's needs, providing information to our new and existing customers about the full range of financial products and services that we offer. By getting to know our customers through meaningful conversations, you will assist them in reaching their goals by identifying the best products to suit their needs, while providing a clear, helpful service.
Your role will be an important part of our branch network. Having valuable conversations with every customer, face-to-face or over the phone. So, whether you are promoting a new product or resolving a problem, you’ll always place our customers’ needs at the heart of everything you do.

Shift Pattern: Full time (37.5) 2-week working pattern; Work 2 out of 4 Saturdays
Location: Bishop Auckland (will cover other Branches within the Area of Barnard Castle & Darlington)
