WHAT WE OFFER
- £10.90 hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- 16 hours with 4 out of 7 days & 3 out of 4 weekends | Shifts from 7:00-23:00
- 24 hours with 5 out of 7 days & 3 out of 4 weekends | Shifts from 7:00-23:00
- Working approx.. 4-6 hours daily.
- Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews.
- We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off .

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

This role is a physically demanding role as you could be collecting 60kg wardrobes one day to plant pots the next day.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart, you will be picking and preparing large volumes of orders for both online & in store collection or delivery. Your daily duties will be receiving stock, picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.
