We’re looking for you to work in an agile environment, and be accountable for all aspects of attracting, acquiring and onboarding customers within our Spend and Save Value Stream in Banking which includes our Savings and Clubcard Pay+ propositions.
You will be able to:
- Use Strong Commercial Acumen – this role acts as the organisation's authority and established expert to develop solutions based on an understanding of the business environment and objectives.
- Apply a Strategic Mindset: Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into strategies. Clearly identifies and prioritises efforts and initiatives to have the greatest strategic impact on the organisation.
- Demonstrate Credit Cards and Loans experience: recruiting balances and pricing to manage balance sheet requirements.
- Agile Ways of Working: experience of working in an agile manner and organising teams around customer value.
- Utilise your significant experience of customer acquisition.
- Be a strong team leader and cultural ambassador for change.
- Deep understanding of Customer and Market Analysis to that enable maximum return on investments.
The Role
- Setting the Acquisition and Business Development strategy, outcomes and OKRs for acquiring new customers to Tesco Bank
- Development of the priorities, plan, and performance metrics to drive and deliver commercial, customer & conduct outcomes in line with our overarching customer strategy to achieve the acquisition targets for the year
- Delivery through building and leading multi-functional teams of SMEs from across the bank to achieve value for my Value Stream and Customers
- Being a role model for Agile ways of working empowering my team to take responsibility for and owning delivery of the plan.
- Maximising usage of the Tesco ecosystem from an acquisition perspective
- Identifying and implementing initiatives to optimise conversion of leads to sales and minimise funnel drop out
- Looking towards the future supporting the Director and working collaboratively with the Spend & Save leadership team to develop and deliver a vision, strategy and plan to influence customers to choose Tesco Bank to help manage their money
- Actively Manage the Agile Backlog and Agile Release Planning approach to deliver our strategic and tactical plans
