This is a 4 month assignment based at our Birmingham office.
Darbar is the leading UK arts organisation promoting Indian classical music. We’re looking for an exceptional individual with drive and passion to help us deliver a world-class videos for our OTT video and social media channels. This role requires solid technical understanding as well as strong organisational skills. You will primarily ensure the upkeep of the Darbar Player APP (Indian classical music APP), YouTube and social media channels. You must know how to remain within budget, including cutting costs as necessary.
- OTT channel upkeep -To schedule and upload video content to our platforms on schedule with graphics, thumbnails and copy from our content writers. To work closely with our sales and marketing manager to ensure that each piece of content is marketed to exploit full engagement potential. To work closely on the paid marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Creation of sales and marketing promo videos and graphic assets within the brand guidelines.
- OTT and social media channel platform performance and intelligence - To ensure business KPI’s are achieved for the channel for subscribers and engagement.
- You are an expert on social media trends and changing formats of delivery (1x1, 4x5, 9x16, 16x9 etc).
- To review the existing hard drives and ready them for offsite storage.
- You are an expert in post-production duties; include ingesting of S-log 3 media, setting up sequences on Premier Pro, editing and colour grading. Produce thumbnails in Photoshop.
- Updating, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with metadata standards.
- Delivering with monthly insights into subscriber behaviour and creating a dashboard reporting to the senior management team and the board.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years' experience including a Media Degree or relevant qualification.
- Expert knowledge of workflows based around Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and basic knowledge of After Effects for both digital and broadcast deliveries including the full Adobe Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of the latest DSLR cameras (Sony FX Line) and production techniques.
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once, delivering on time to targets with the sales and marketing manager.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent report writing for month end routines and oral presentation skills to senior management team.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
