Job Description
- Growing business through the development of new air, sea, and road freight quotation and bookings
- Identifying new revenue opportunities with airlines, carriers, handling agents, and logistics companies
- Liaising with new customers for clearance instructions and updating the customers
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients for generating more revenue
- Attending logistical networking events to attract and retain clients when available
- Ensuring compliance with respect of UK Tariff Classifications, import quotas, trade agreements, duty and VAT and goods valuations
- Assisting team in organizing import clearances, and the correct documentation relating to the movement of new cargo with new clients.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Manage deadlines to meet timescales
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
