Account Manager
Specialising in providing mobility equipment and other assistive technology to clients across various areas of the country, our well-equipped Facilitates Management N-able division currently have an excellent new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing team in Buxton as part of our newest join venture alongside Alliance Norse on a full time, permanent basis.
Working Alongside Head of N-able and Senior Accounts Managers, you will be play a crucial role to ensure thousands of customers across the country are restoring and maintaining independence through our services. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of new contracts to further expand our services across England. Within this role, you will be tasked with:
- Pricing quotations for all stairlifts and other products requested from contracts and external customers
- Continuing to build excellent customer relations with current clients, understanding their needs and current and future requirements
- Assisting with producing contracts for clients and being point of contact for all enquires
- Using ELMS reports as required by n-able and oversee the Norfolk County Council AT KPI reports, Norwich City Council and Saffron Housing

- Extensive experience within an administrative role or customer service driven environment Ability to plan, manage, prioritise workloads, demonstrating good time management skills
- Proficient IT skills with experience in MS Office suite: Word and PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads within strict deadlines.
