The salary for this permanent Consultant Psychiatrist job is £147,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

The Consultant will work closely with other experienced members of the MDT. The post would be suitable for an Older Adult Consultant Psychiatrist or a General Adult Psychiatrist, with experience in management of dementia. (Most patients are under MHA and exhibit behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia)
Requirements of the Consultant Psychiatrist:

Ability to fulfil the role of Responsible Clinician

You must hold a CCT, or equivalent, in Older Adult Psychiatry, or hold a CCT (or equivalent) in General Adult Psychiatry and have extensive older adult experience.

Meet regulatory requirements, such as GMC registration and revalidation.
