Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for sourcing and setting up calls with customers who want to create courses and coaching programmes. This is a predominately outbound sales role.
The role:
- Send messages and emails to develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers
- Identify Instructor needs and provide solutions through our platform and coaching
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers
- Take Sales Calls with prospective instructors
- Monitor industry trends and competition in order to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty
- Keep track of sales goals and performance metrics
- Utilize sales strategies such as upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Remain up to date on product and service offerings, pricing and promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
