Marketing Agile Project Management Associate (Consultant)

This dynamic organization has a position for an Agile Project Management Senior Consultant who will own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns.

What you'll do
- Coach campaign teams on how to apply agile methodologies to campaign planning and execution
- Ensure the successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables by developing and overseeing agile sprint plans, timelines and workflows for marketing campaigns
- Groom backlog tasks to ensure that work is prioritized effectively and efficiently across teams
- Ensure that campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented and accomplished, while carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules
- Delegate tasks to team members based on agile project management guidelines
- Lead project stand-up meetings with business partners and cross functional teams, to generate action plans, prioritize work and maintain project schedules; make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress
- Adjust schedules and scope as business needs, marketing resource, or other project variables change; make recommendations for corrective actions (estimate revisions, scope and/or materials adjustment, concept revisions, talent re-allocation) and raise project risks, issues, dependencies, etc., as needed
- Manage quality control for all projects against agile standards and oversee capacity and other key project management KPIs, including team satisfaction, to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects; identify course corrective actions to optimize
- Utilize agile expertise, knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology to make recommendations on leading, innovative, or other processes to increase efficiency and effective of Marketing Project Management activities
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years professional experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree and PMP or six sigma certification required
- Agile certification or deep experience in agile project management required
- Proficient in project management software tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Marketing process management experience preferred
- Experience with campaign workflow tools, especially WorkFront, preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
- Demonstrated an ability to use quantitative data to inform decisions
- Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization
- Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
- Availability for limited travel, if needed
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$116,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
