About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Design Officer to join the Content and Brand team at Queen Mary University of London. This role has a focus on publications – both print and digital – as well as multimedia content production.
Alongside producing high-impact print and digital publications, you’ll put together motion graphics, gifs and other dynamic digital content to support the team’s broader content agenda. You’ll work alongside other content and design experts to produce audience-focused content aimed at student recruitment and enhancing Queen Mary’s reputation.

About You
The successful candidate will require experience and expertise in document design and all elements of Adobe Creative Suite. Alongside experience putting together publications – ranging from flyers and posters to multi-page documents, such as reports – you’ll have an impressive portfolio of multimedia and branding projects behind you. Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive and thoughtful approach to the role, and will be willing to interrogate and improve briefs as they arrive.

You will join a forward-thinking solution focused team within the Marketing and Communications Directorate. Our directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants. We collaborate with stakeholders, we support staff, students and prospective students to achieve more.

The post is based at Department W in Whitechapel, London. It is full time permanent appointment. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £29,642 – £32,762 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
