IT Manager
Salary: £64,917.00 per year, Senior Leadership Team (SLT1a)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 hours’ per week, flexible schedule
Location: Hybrid working from our Head Office, Wakefield WF2 0XE

Being the IT Manager at YPO means providing pro-active leadership and motivation to a team of dedicated industry professionals, each striving to deliver the best service and product to every YPO employee and customer.

You will apply previous experience managing a large multidisciplinary team within a customer centric organisation to oversee all aspects of IT service delivery, while executing effective management strategies to monitor output and performance. Your knowledge of project implementation and professional IT skills will allow you to locate, analyse and solve complex technical issues.
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident in building relationships and gaining trust from your team, as well as other Senior Leaders, Directors and Head of Departments. You will be able to take complex methodology and systems analysis and present this to both the layperson and the IT professional.
You will be the type of manager who is visible and supportive within the workplace, proactively speaking and engaging with your team and customers, with a ‘lead-by-example’ ethos. You will pride yourself on your time management, being well organised and planning for every eventuality that may arise.
You will be empowered to self-manage, to make change, run with creativity, innovate and inspire, with continuing support and mentoring from a dedicated Senior Leadership team.
