Role: Contact Centre Advisor – Part time office based 16 hours per week (minimum) permanent contract
Location: Sheffield, S60 5BD
Hours: 16 hours per week (minimum), any 5 days out of 7.
Pattern: Rota based – Mornings, Afternoons, Weekends and Evenings until 8pm!

What does the job involve?
- You’ll be handling calls, live chats and emails from customers who have already purchased their vehicle and need your help.
- You’ll have the opportunity to assist with the customer’s with their enquiry through to conclusion.
- You’ll experience lots of variety in your calls right through from a simple ‘how do I turn my lights off?’ to ‘I’ve broken down at the roadside, can you help me?’

What experience or skills do I need to join the team?
- A passion for customer service.
- To have the desire to help and find solutions.
- Experience in a call centre or contact centre environment would be desirable but not essential.
- Fully enhanced training in our customer service academy where we support you every step of the way!
- Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
- Being comfortable and confident to speak to people on the phone.
- A resilient attitude with a calm approach will be very beneficial in your new role.
