We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant for a company based in Aylesbury. This is a temporary – permanent position paying up to £27,000 for the right candidate.
The accounts responsibilities of the Finance Assistant would be to:
- Raise sales invoices and credit notes
- Chase debt by telephone/ email & letter
Another part of the role would entail dealing with imports & exports which would cover:
- Logistics Management of purchased material from EU and ROW suppliers.
- Main point of contact for Import and arrivals process – HMRC compliance
- Freight tracking to ensure delivery times are updated and accurate
- Building Export knowledge for best practise when shipping to EU and ROW
This role offers hybrid working!
The successful candidate will have Accounts experience, particularly within Accounts Receivable
The ideal candidate will have the above experience along with an understanding of how imports & exports work!
