An award-winning restaurant and bar chain is opening a new venue in Gatwick Airport in the new year. We are looking for an experienced and energetic GM to join the business to manage the opening and running of this venue.
This venue will have a full 18hr a day offering with breakfast, lunch and dinner options throughout. Alongside this we will have a delicious array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and softdrinks, all geard towards ensuring every guest enjoys their visit in a relaxed yet fast paced environment.
We are looking for a GM that leads, inspires, drives and encourages their staff for greatness. We want to ensure our service is second to none and consistently excellent day in, day out. If you lead from the front and have experience of a high volume, high energy venue, then this is the job for you.
Airport experience is extrmeely beneficial for this position, high volume experience is essential!

You will need to be highly social, up-beat and friendly. Any relevant qualifications such as WSET are advantageous but not essential.
Part of the Role:
- Is accountable for all aspects of the financial control across the venue, achieving gross food margin, stock control, waste, controllable costs, and payroll targets.
- Delivers budgeted venue EBITDA.
- Ensures that the venue operates effectively
- Manages stock process
- Forecasts accurate payroll costs
- Manages the stock ordering and monitors the delivery processes
