ANGRY CRAB SHACK JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Bartender
Job Summary:
We are a growing restaurant looking for Bartender to enhance our company.
We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude. You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Front of the House Operations. This position requires nights and weekends each month.
Requirements:
- Be able to be on your feet for 4-10 hours.
- Knowledge of service standards.
- Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Be willing to get hygiene and related service training.
Responsibilities:
- Open and closing duties; setting up, breaking down and maintaining the bar area during your shift
- Stock/prep and making sure the bar is set for service.
- Batch all bulk cocktails and scratch mix all other cocktails.
- Have an extra level of knowledge from the servers and be a more of a “key” teammate on the floor.
- Ensure that our guests always receive the finest products and services that Angry Carb Shack has to offer with a friendly smile that will set us apart as a restaurant and give our guests reason to come back time after time.
Qualifications:
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sales system

*Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.
