Project Administrator - 6 to 12 month Fixed Term Contract (London)
What is the opportunity?
The role will form part of the Integration Programme supporting Integration Change Leads in the delivery of end-to-end change required through identified initiatives within the Integration Programme.
What will you do?

Perform key project management support duties to support Integration Change Leads with respect to coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, preparation of meeting materials/presentations, data entry in workflow tracking tools

Monitor resource forecasting, other costs, and use of generic resources to ensure that project funds and project forecasts are comparable

Circulate meeting materials, coordinating approvals from senior stakeholders and minuting meeting outcomes

Manage diary invites for key Integration meetings including scheduling of meetings, booking conference rooms, etc.

Track and follow-up on actions for various Change Integration forums

Manage access for project management tools across the Integration Change programme
What do you need to succeed?

Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly organised and detail-oriented individual that is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Prior administrative experience interacting with senior stakeholders

Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
