Our client a multi-million pound corporation based in London to about to embark on a technology outsourcing programme and is seeking a Business Analyst with strong capabilities in MS Dynamics, Power Platforms and Azure project exposure. You must have strong Business Analyst capabilities with the ability to complete process mapping. In terms of background, if you have any experience in the Public Sector, this would be highly advantageous or have worked for a large enterprise corporation alongside Digital teams.
The chosen technical Business Analyst will ensure that all compliance with the organisation’s Risk Management and Data Governance Policies are adhered to. This is a 6-month contract, fully remote, paying up to £500 PD to start ASAP.
Job responsibilities:
Produce high-quality business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspective that are accepted and approved within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders and resources needed across the business and third parties to deliver accurate and detailed business requirements from a project and change perspective.
- Work to agreed policy and procedures and, where applicable, contribute to the continuous development of business procedures and operating frameworks.
- Lead and facilitate the system, process improvement workshops and resolve scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the Group and third parties to ensure requirements are understood and are being met, or where gaps are identified, are raised appropriately and resolved.
- Delivery of end to end traceability against quality business requirements and system/functional specifications using appropriate tools and templates.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Key Skill Set:
- Have experience of managing projects through Azure DevOps and Agile project management methodology.
- Experience of capturing user requirements through User stories , acceptance criteria and prioritisation through MoSCoW to determine minimal viable product
- Understand the interdependencies between projects and how thy fit together.
- Good understanding and experience of Unified Data Model and 360 view of a customer.
- The role includes working with customers’ technical, business and management teams to understand their strategy and identify their must have’ requirements, to design and deliver highly complex integrated solutions
- Implement, maintain, and support the solutions built for customer on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platform (PowerApps, Power flow, Power BI and RPA)
- Experience of working with multiple third party suppliers.
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report, including as-is and to-be process re-engineering.
- Create documentation for including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional requirements, design, training, process engineering.
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Conduct user and administrator training
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules.
